On Wednesday, January 16th, 2008, the Golf Pointe Homeowners Association at Woodmont, held their annual meeting at your country club.  I am writing you today to commend Carol Courtney for her invaluable assistance in arranging the dinner for our membership.  Carol went out of her way to make sure that all the details were covered and we knew what dinner and entree selections were available to us.  Carol always promptly returned all my phone calls with a pleasant, cheerful demeanor and she was a true joy to work with.  She was the consummate professional!

I would also like to commend your chef for the delicious food that was served - the chicken marsala was tender and tasteful and the baked salmon was prepared to perfection.  Our entire membership complemented me on the food preparation and service.

And last but not least let me compliment all your wait staff for their friendly and courteous service especiall Lynne who made sure all our wants and needs were attended to.

Please thank Carol and the rest of your staff for helping to make this the BEST annual meeting the GPHA ever held.  Rest assured that next year's meeting will be held at Colony West Country Club!!
